Silvio Billato is a well known frame builder in Italy and sold his work under their own brand Billato, which was founded back than in 1954, as well as for others like Pinarello, Greg LeMond and Giordana.
Interestingly I didn´t come over Billato frames that often. This one seems to be the third one I´ve seen outside of Italy.
